An International Export Import Terminal was recently inaugurated at Mangalore Airport.
Exporters in Karnataka and Kerala regions will benefit from this, it said.
Accordingly, cargo of Kerala and Karnataka exporters are being sent from there on flights to Gulf countries.
Many Kerala exporters used Coimbatore and Trichy airport export terminal due to lack of space at Cochin airport.
Now that Mangalore export terminal has come into operation they have started operating from there.
Thus new exporters of Tamil Nadu have got opportunity to use Coimbatore and Trichy airport.
