If the exported item is banned??

 Procedures for dealing with import ban on that particular product in that country after an importer has given an offer to the exporter.

 1. This prohibition is imposed before the exporter has engaged in the manufacture of the goods.  Then the importer will cancel the order.  Both have no losses.

 2. The embargo is imposed before the goods are loaded on the ship.  In this environment, the loss can be reduced by selling the product at a lower price locally.  Or export to another country.

 3. The embargo is imposed after the goods have been shipped.  In this context the goods cannot be taken from the port even if the importer intends to do so.  So it can be exported to another country.  Or the exporter can bring the goods back into the country at his own cost.  Thirdly, efforts may be made to destroy the goods at the port in the importer's country at the exporter's expense.
