Central government rejects Telangana government's request for export

The Central Government has imposed an export ban on 100% broken rice.
One crore 25 lakh tonnes of paddy is expected to be harvested in Telangana region.
So the Telangana government wrote a letter to the central government.
It said that the central government should give permission for the export of 100% broken rice due to the availability of more than expected rice.
But the food corporation of India's reply was that the ban on export of broken rice will not be lifted at present, even though there are adequate stocks of rice.
This is a big disappointment for the exporters and rice mill owners in Telangana region.
China is the largest importer of brown rice.
They import 100% broken rice from India to make chicken feed and also use it to make ethanol.
