Government of India Withdraws Transport and Marketing Assistance Scheme for Agricultural Exports
The Indian government has been supporting agriculture product exports through its Transport and Marketing Assistance Scheme (TMA) for over a decade. This scheme provided aid to transport goods from the farm to the airport or seaport, but it was not applicable to all products or countries.
