DGFT has developed an online portal called DISTRICT AS EXPORT HUB to promote exports. A dedicated Twitter account has also been started for this.
Through this, you can know the export opportunities of products listed under the ONE DISTRICT ONE PRODUCT scheme all over India.

Instead of using DGFT website to avail various services including IEC UPDATE, they have developed an app called DGFT TRADE FACILITATION APP.
Exporters faced various hurdles while updating IEC. DGFT officials have said that such disruptions do not occur through this app.
IEC update can be done free of cost every year from April to June. If the IEC is updated after that, a service charge of Rs 200 will be required.
Currently membership of various Export Promotion Organizations can be registered through DGFT. This registration is commonly known as RCMC.(REGISTRATION CUM MEMBERSHIP CERTIFICATE)
According to the recent announcement by the Central Government, half (50% or Rs. 20,000 - whichever is less) of the money paid by SC and ST categories for RCMC registration will be refunded. For this exporters can avail this concession by submitting certain documents including their community certificate through DGFT.
