The LULU Hypermarket Mango Celebration, which is popular in the Gulf countries, showcases a wide variety of mangoes.
This celebration has been going on continuously for about twenty years.
46 varieties of mangoes from India, Sri Lanka, Indonesia, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Colombia, Brazil, Sudan, Yemen, Thailand, Kenya and Uganda were on display.
About 36 varieties of mangoes from India alone are on display.
A large number of Indian mangoes were on display at this mango celebration.
Not only mangoes but also mango paste, mango raita and mango saffron were on display.
The exhibition was inaugurated by the Ambassador of India to India, Mr. Deepak Patel.
This will increase the chances of mango exports from India to Arab countries.
